Who is #RealCoachRandy?

I am experienced

I am a loving husband to my "high school sweetheart" of over ten years and we have four beautiful children together. I also specifically engage with millennial couples as a member of the population. The best teacher is first-hand knowledge.

I am qualified

After completing coursework in Family Studies and Christian Counseling, I became certified in coaching and non-violent conflict resolution about eight years ago. I am also a consultant, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur alongside my family.

I am passionate

I want to see you become your most genuine and hopeful self. You can count on me to be there every step of the way as long as you're all in. It brings me joy to guide couples on the path to peace.

How long are your coaching sessions?

I currently offer (fee-based):

30 minute Discovery Session
1 hour Couples Coaching
12 week communication seminar
30 - 90 minute Talent Bookings

Do you have monthly subscriptions?

I offer a subscription and retainer option for our Couples Coaching clients.

In the near future, we'll curate subscription-based community with exclusive content

What inspired you to start your own business?

Reviews from friends and family on the relationship wisdom I shared with them. Also not wanting others to deal with the issues my wife and I dealt with early in our marriage because of the things no one tells you..

Why should clients choose you?

They’ll love my practical and objective approach to guiding them and their partner to the best relationship of their lives!

Can you provide your services online or remotely?

My services are only through telehealth, currently. I wanted to be available to more clients when it's most convenient for their schedule

What are your payment options?

My main method of payment is invoicing through PayPal. More options to come!
